While Honda has certainly had its ups and downs and its hits and misses over the last few years, the CR-V is a cornerstone of the brand and one of its most enduring models; in fact, through October 2016, this compact crossover accounted for almost one-quarter of all Honda’s annual volume in North America.
Competing in the same category against the Mazda CX-5, Ford Escape, to name a few, the 2017 model has come out the gate with some impressive features and a little more luxury than previous years. Added features like Honda Sensing suite of safety measures, 7-inch touchscreen, and digital display, and with an MRSP of $24,985, the CR-V is in perfect contention with the rest of the category. However, you won’t only receive a bevy of features and a solidly built car for that price, you will also get peace of mind as Honda’s are notorious for retaining their value like few others make can.
