Back in the 1980’s or early 90’s if you wanted to see a preview of what new car models or body styles were coming down the pike, you had to attend expensive car shows, or subscribe to car magazines to sneak a quick peek. No longer is such the case with the internet, as millions can view their favorite car models to come with photos and articles depicting the newest features that will be coming. Car buyers may hang on to get that new ride for another year or two to get the body style or luxury features that are being manufactured, so being able to see the previews is a wonderful resource.
Here are the 10 most anticipated cars coming in 2018:
Jeep CEO Mike Manly confirmed that the new Jeep Grand Cherokee would be pushed back from 2017 to 2018, making it one of the most anticipated new vehicles of the year. A featured model will be the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, a street-racing beast with a Hellcat engine. The supercharged V8 will require four-wheel drive to achieve a whopping 707 horsepower. The Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and Trackhawk will directly compete with the BMW X5, the Range Rover SVR and Porsche Cayenne for car buyers who are seeking a performance-first SUV. The release date has bounced around several times, but the price will most likely come in at around $65,000.
